Synopsis:
Jerry McGee is released from the hospital. He joins Wally West and Mason Trollbridge on a search for Vandal Savage. The search begins by approaching drug dealers in hopes one of them will lead them to the supply of Velocity 9. One of Savage's henchmen, dressed in a Flash costume appears and begins beating Wally and Jerry. Mason knocks him out, but the man dies due to his overuse of the drug.
Wally finds a note on the corpse which leads him to a warehouse. Inside he finds Nick Bassaglia. Wally's powers return just in time to save his own life and apprehend Nick. The group then explores the warehouse where they find a member of Blue Trinity strapped to a bomb.
