Synopsis:
Shortly after Clark Kent arrives for work at the Daily Planet, he is overcome by a terrible headache. He believes the Eradicator is responsible. He flies to Antarctica where he discovers a Fortress being constructed. The construction is conducted by robots of Kryptonian design and two human researchers, whom the Eradicator has enslaved.
Superman tries to order the Eradicator to desist, but the work continues. When Superman lashes out and tries to attack, the Eradicator takes defensive measures. It quickly overcomes Superman. Later, Clark Kent returns home to Metropolis, seemingly unconcerned with the happenings in Antarctica.
