Synopsis:
Wally West, the Flash, is called away from his 20th birthday party in order to deliver a heart across the country for an organ transplant. In exchange, Wally asks the hospital to cover his expenses and pay for his health insurance. The Flash then leaves for Seattle.
On his run across the country, Flash spots a man being murdered. The killer is Vandal Savage. He is unable to stop the murder and Savage disappears. Wally finishes his delivery, then returns home to find that the party is over. He also finds a package contains a human heart on his table and Vandal Savage waiting in his living room.
