This story is continued from Question #28 and continues in Question #30.
Synopsis:
The Question has kidnapped Loosh O'Fry, the leader of the Hub City street gang, the Huns. O'Fry contracts Shiva to protect him. She proceeds to beat the Question easily. When the rest of the Huns arrive on the scene, O'Fry orders both of the martial artists shot. Shiva and the Question then team up to defeat the gang. The Question then brings Loosh to Myra Fermin.
After dropping off O'Fry, the Question tricks another gang boss, Benjy Floper, leader of the Grinning Ghosts, into meeting Fermin. She then offers both gangs a chance to become the real police force of Hub City. While Myra and Vic speak, Shiva kills several members of the gangs who are intent on rescuing their leaders. While it seems like both bosses are willing to accept the mayor's offer, Benjy stabs O'Fry and leaves him for dead.
