Synopsis:
While diving in the ocean the Sea Devils suddenly discover the water's surface has become solid. Biff is still on board the boat and tries to reach the others with an axe. Suddenly, a water spout drives the Sea Devils to the surface and wrecks the boat. Biff is lost.

A series of strange phenomenon begin occurring in the waters nearby. The Sea Devils continue to investigate, finding a giant sea monster. Scientists give the Sea Devils a large cannon to use against the monster, who they believe is responsible for the disasters. Unknown to them, the monster is really Biff, transformed by a glowing meteorite. The Sea Devils knock out the monster with the cannon, opening a crevice in the ocean floor. The meteorite falls into the hole. Biff changes back to normal, where he is brought to a hospital for recovery.
