Synopsis:
The Sea Devils meet a gang of mischievous teenagers called the Sea Angels. The Sea Angels cause a scare on a cargo ship by faking an attack by sea monsters. The Sea Devils warn the teens against further pranks, but the kids discover a real monster. The Sea Angels command the monster to dunk the Sea Devils as a joke, then they leave.
Later, the Sea Devils see the monster attack a cargo ship and steal a load of gold bullion. The Sea Devils prevent the theft, but the monster escapes. When they confront the Sea Angels, they learn that the group is innocent. Another monster is responsible for the robbery. The Sea Devils take command of the monster and send it after the monster commanded by the crooks. Both monsters are killed by poisonous sea weed, and the Sea Devils apprehend the crooks responsible for the gold robbery.
