Comments:
This story is continued from Spectre #15.
Synopsis:
Jim Corrigan leads detective Pete Quarrel to a body in a hotel. He then reveals that he is the host of the Spectre. after the Spectre gets information from the gunshot victim, Pete and Jim head for the lighthouse where the Cult of the Blood Red Moon await.
Winston Scullis and the others trap Jim and Pete in a ring of fire. Then a demon rises through a trap door in the floor and attacks them. The Spectre emerges from Jim and defeats the demon. During the battle, the Cult members try to escape by plane. The Spectre goes after them and kills them all. Pete and Jim then burn the body of the demon in the lighthouse.
