Synopsis:
The Suicide Squad wait outside the compound where the Jihad are preparing a strike. Chimera, one of the Jihad, meets them and reveals that she is really Nightshade, an undercover operative. Nightshade is able to get the Squad members into the base to complete their individual missions.
Most of the members are sent to neutralize the Jihad. Captain Boomerang kills the speedster Jaculi. Deadshot kills Manticore. Bronze Tiger battles Ravan and cripples him. The Enchantress destroys the computers that contain the Djinn. Mindboggler uses her powers to disable to ordinary soldiers.
However, not all goes according to plan. Plastique was assigned to destroy the lab, but she turns traitor. She tells Mushtaq about the assault only to discover that he is another undercover operative, Nemesis. She then flees and prevents Nightshade from taking out President Marlo. Flag also fails to stop Rustam who then murders Mindboggler. Captain Boomerang could have saved her, but he elects not to do so. The surviving members then flee the base aboard a stolen jet.
