Synopsis:
Following his escape from the Hangman, Enemy Ace returns to his flight group who are holding a funeral. Ernst, the brother of the dead pilot Karl, tells Von Hammer that Karl was killed by his own wingman, the Bull. During a patrol, the Bull left his wingman to shoot down an unarmed plane. He continued to follow and shoot the plane all the way to the ground. While this happened, Karl was attacked by superior numbers and shot down. In his final moments Karl turned his plane against the enemy and crashed into them.
Von Hammer leaves the funeral to confront the Bull. He finds him in a bar celebrating his victory and causing trouble. When Enemy Ace arrives the Bull attacks him. Von Hammer wins the fight and orders the Bull to respect the rules of combat. Instead the Bull challenges Von Hammer to a duel.
The next morning the two men prepare to fire pistols in a duel. Ernst demands a chance to avenge his brother, so he face the Bull first. They are to fire at the count of ten, but the Bull ignores the rules and shoots at the count of nine. Ernst is killed. Angered, Von Hammer attacks the Bull and pushes him into the spinning propellor of his plane, killing him instantly.
