Synopsis:
Steel shows off his abilities, hoping to impress the military with his powers. However, they decide that he is a charlatan and can be of no use in the war effort.
After the demonstration, Steel is attacked by the Mineral Master, a villain who believes America should not involve itself in the European war. Steel and the Mineral Master clash in the city, until Steel separates the crook from the ground long enough for his powers to wear off.
