Synopsis:
Aquaman’s friend Captain Crane has discovered a map leading to the mythological kingdom of Neptune. Aquaman, Aqualad, and the captain locate the entrance, but when Crane enters he is transformed into Neptune himself. He then begins menacing shipping lanes and even transforms Aqualad into a crab-creature. Aquaman eventually discovers that the real Neptune was an ancient sorcerer, who left devices to be found by a future person in order to prevent a volcanic catastrophe. Aquaman then clears the way for Crane to prevent the disaster. When his mission has been completed Crane and Aqualad revert to normal.
