Comments:
This story contains a flashback to Lois as a 15-year old girl.
Synopsis:
When Lucy Lane's apartment catches fire, Lois goes inside to rescue her dog Wanda. Superman then helps Lois to get out safely. Lucy then moves in with Lois temporarily. While watching movies, Lois is reminded of how she landed a job at the Daily Planet.
When Lois was fifteen, she visited the Daily Planet and asked Perry White for a job. When he refused, Lois broke into Lex Luthor's office. Although she was caught and searched, Lois managed to smuggle out a piece of a document which she turned over to Perry. Although the evidence was not sufficient to cause trouble for Luthor, Lois's actions did impress Perry, who offered Lois a job when she was old enough.
