Synopsis:
Cheshire stages an unsuccessful robbery at U.S. Biotech, a company owned by Booster Gold. Booster finds evidence that a scientist named Peter Babich has developed a deadly bacteria and has gone to Mexico to release it.
Booster tracks Babich to Mexico City. Hawk of the Teen Titans is working with Babich though he does not know that the bacteria will wipe out a large number of people. Cheshire has also followed Babich and gains possession of the cannister containing the bacteria. Booster saves Hawk's life, but the cannister breaks open.
Booster uses a forcefield to contain the bacteria cloud. Babich is killed by his own creation. Booster then forces Cheshire to give Hawk the antidote for her poison since he was scratched by her nails. To complete the bargain, Booster must let the mercenary go free, but he ensures that the bacteria is neutralized first.
