Synopsis:
The Challengers returns to their undersea headquarters and are attacked by an unidentified aircraft. The attacker fires a beam that turns their plane into glass. The Challs survive and escape. After a second unsuccessful battle, the Challs manage to force the craft to the ground.
When they land, the Challengers meet the enemy pilot, who calls himself Neutro. Their opponent is radioactive and capable of molecular transformation. With the help of Tino Manarry, the Challs discover that Neutro is trying to gain access to a uranium deposit located under their headquarters. They also learn that Neutro's transformation ray cannot affect organic matter. With this knowledge they are able to defeat and apprehend Neutro.
