Synopsis:
Robotman discovers that Arani Caulder has sold the Doom Patrol headquarters in Midway City. Her new team is based out of Kansas City. She begins training Rhea Jones to test the limits of the young girl's powers. Negative Woman and Tempest assist. When the alarm sounds in the early morning, Rhea and Josh respond to an intruder. Wayne Hawkins, who possesses a power that causes trouble for those around him, enters and announces that he was invited by Arani.
