Synopsis:
The Top steals an experimental aging serum intending to use it on the Flash. Flash suspects the Top's plan, but he wants to recover the vial containing the serum. When the Top uses the formula on the Speedster, he puts on a disguise prepared for him by Dexter Myles. Top believes he has turned the Flash into an old man.

Flash then invisibly follows the Top to his hide-out, but he can't locate the vial. When the Top strikes again, Flash pretends to be transformed into an evolved being by a combination of the aging serum and the vibrations of one of the Top's weapons. The Top removes the vial from its hiding place, intending to use it on himself. Flash is there to apprehend him and recover the vial.
