Synopsis:
Mike Cooper an international detective seeks out Bruce Gordon to assist in his effort to find and capture Eclipso. Gordon reluctantly agrees to help Cooper, fearing the man will learn his secret identity.

Cooper and Gordon track down the Octopus Gang, who are working for Eclipso. An eclipse causes Eclipso to separate from Gordon. Bruce tracks down and stops his counterpart from abducting a foreign premier. Eclipso returns to Gordon's body. Having captured the Octopus Gang, Cooper ends his partnership with Gordon.
