Synopsis:
The Boy Commandos help the population of a decimated town in Holland that has been recently liberated. One man in town, Hans Van Mutter, is in good spirits despite the horrible destruction. The boys are suspicious and track the man to an underground bunker where they discover Van Mutter is a Nazi agent. The boys are captured, but Rip Carter has followed them. He arrives and rescues the boys. Van Mutter's supplies are then distributed to the townspeople.
