Synopsis:
Rick Jones attends a circus where the Ringmaster hypnotizes the crowd in order to rob them. Before Rick falls completely under the spell, he is able to summon the Hulk. The Hulk battles members of the crime circus, but he is eventually captured. When agents of the FBI are able to break the spell upon the hypnotized victims, Rick is freed. Rick then commands the Hulk to stop the criminals. General Ross and his men soon arrive, which forces Rick and the Hulk to make a hasty exit.
