Synopsis:
Crime boss Heel Quirt feels like he is low class and wants to experience culture. When he receives a book of famous quotations, Heel decides to mix crime and culture. He begins a series of crimes based on the quotations. The crimes bring him into conflict with Green Lantern. The crooks get the better of GL on two occasions, but GL eventually deduces Heel's crime pattern. Green Lantern is then able to apprehend Heel.
