Synopsis:
Andrew Prism, wealthy connoisseur and importer, also leads a life of crime. Known as the Dandy, Prism orchestrates a variety of high class crimes. Seeking to make his crimes more interesting he deliberately alerts Green Lantern to his activities. He allows GL to follow him to crimes, then delights in overcoming his opponent. When the rest of the Dandy's men wish to eliminate the Emerald Gladiator, the Dandy protects him. Eventually GL prevails and apprehends the crooks. The Dandy admits to allowing himself to be captured, because he wants to be sent to prison where he can live an ordinary life.
