Synopsis:
Dick Grayson meets with the editors of his high school newspaper to discuss the labor dispute between the teachers' union and the school board. After the meeting he attends a football game with Sandy Cole. Following the game, Dick and his friends are attacked by boys wearing the jackets of the rival team. Dick and Craig Rockland fight them off. The boys are taken into police custody, but an older boy gets away.

Later the lead negotiator for the school board receives a threat. Giving in to the pressure, the negotiator breaks off talks with the teachers which will result in a teachers' strike.
