Synopsis:
Escaped convict Roy Pinto becomes immune to electricity after regularly handling electric eels. He uses his newfound power to attack ships during electrical storms, using lightning as a weapon. Aquaman appears helpless against Pinto's electrical charges. He orders Topo and another octopus to dip their tentacles in liquid rubber to insulate themselves. The octopi are then able to subdue Pinto and capture him.
