Synopsis:
Criminal scientist Roland Peters conducts experiments on undersea life. Aquaman finds Peters's lab and releases the captive fish. Peters fears that Aquaman will send him to prison, so he uses a machine to transfer Aquaman's mind into an octopus.

Depsite being trapped in the body of an octopus, Aquaman's tries to signal the authorities. Peters switches Aquaman's mind from animal to animal trying to kill him. Eventually, Aquaman's other fish friends surprise Peters and turn off the brain-transfer machine. Aquaman is restored to normal, the machine is destroyed, and Peters is apprehended.
