Synopsis:
After returning to civilization from Africa, Congo Bill visits a circus owned by his friend Jack Blane. The circus is threatened by a leopard which has terrorized many people and stolen valuable items. Farbach the animal trainer is the likely suspect, but Congo Bill’s investigation leads him to the trapeeze artist, Zollini. Zollini disguised himself as the leopard and committed the attacks.
