Synopsis:
Zatara helps customs officials search a ship suspected of jewel smuggling. He finds no trace of the gems, so he goes to Rio where the ship originated. In Rio, he helps the man suspected of smuggling escape from an octopus. He realizes that the smuggler has planted the jewels on the outside of the ship. He returns to the U.S. where the other members of the gang use fishing rods to retrieve the jewel. Zatara captures them and ends the smuggling ring.
