Synopsis:
While traveling Congo Bill stops at a house near the Mexican border for the night. When he goes to get a drink from the well that night, his host and some thugs attack him. They tie him to a horse intending for it to drag him to his death. Congo Bill escapes and returns to the house. He discovers a diamond smuggling operation, which he puts out of commission, turning the men over to the authorities.
