Synopsis:
General Stuart warns Jeb that he will soon be a fish out of water. A short time later while visiting the airfield he checks out the cockpit of Johnny Cloud's fighter. A German attacks forces them into the air to battle the enemy fighters. Johnny's guns jam, so Jeb fires with his machine gun from the cockpit to down the enemy fighters.
Some time later after Jeb has resumed command of his tank, Johnny's plane is forced to land in a haystack. Coincidentally inside that haystack is the Haunted Tank, out of ammo. With the plane on top of his tank, Jeb tries to avoid enemy tanks. Johnny fires his guns to knock out the pursuers.
Ironically, Jeb wins a medal for his air action. Johnny wins one for his tank action. As the two soldiers take their leave, their jeep is attacked by German paratroopers. Using their fists, the two men manage to defeat the enemy unit. Sgt. Rock arrives to back them up and both men get medals for infantry action.
