Synopsis:
Fisherman Alec Burley using guns and bombs to catch fish. Seeking to teach Burley a lesson, Zatara gives the fish the ability to speak. He then lets the fish catch Burley and put him on trial for murdering their brothers. Burley repents his unsportsmanlike ways. Zatara releases him, and Burley gives up fishing.
