Synopsis:
The Prankster convinces candy company president Daniel Sweetooth to build Candytown, a playland for kids with free candy. Superman does not trust Prankster's motives, but the deal is legal. During the construction of Candytown, Prankster's men tamper with the candy, making it taste awful. Prankster simultaneously builds a rival Candytown for another candy company that he has recently purchased.
When Candytown opens Prankster expects the kids to be disappointed with the foul tasting candy and come to his Candytown instead. But before the kids can sample the candy, Superman destroys Candytown. The owner is horrified at Superman's actions, until the Man of Steel explains about the candy tampering.
Prankster's plot seems to have succeeded anyway as children converge on Prankster's Candytown, until Superman explains that the rival company Prankster bought is owned by Sweetooth. Wilbur Wolfingham sold Prankster a company that he did not own. The Prankster then tries to take revenge, but Superman stops him and puts him in prison.
