Synopsis:
Police search for missing bank messenger Frank Gaynor who has disappeared with fifty thousand dollars. While fishing with Alan Scott, Streak locates Gaynor, who has been thrown in the water to drown. Streak rescues Gaynor, but his kidnappers pull them both aboard their boat. The crooks then try to kill Gaynor and Streak using poison gas. Streak manages to turn off the gas and overcome his captors. Gaynor and Streak then return to shore with the crooks in custody.
