Synopsis:
Congo Bill catches an intruder in the house of his friend Jim Carey. The intruder turns out to be ex-boxing champ Frank Burke. Burke has fallen on hard times since his wife died in an arena fire. Bill tries to straighten Burke out with a boxing match. Bill's plan works as Burke regains his confidence. When another fire breaks out Burke rescues Bill from the collapsed arena.
