Synopsis:
Ned and Ted Payne are twin brothers. Ted is a steeplejack, while Ned is an expert diver. When Ted is delayed on an out of town trip, Ned replaces him as a steeplejack. When Ted returns he returns the favor by working as a salvage diver.

While Ted is diving, his inexperience causes him danger. Fortunately Zatara is nearby observing and rescues Ted. The twin explains his predicament to Zatara, who leaves to help Ned. Ned also has run into danger as a steeplejack. Zatara saves Ned too, then asks that both twins refrain from switching jobs in the future.
