Synopsis:
Congo Bill witnesses a hold-up in a busy subway tunnel. Bill chases the crooks through the crowd with the help of another man. The man is blind, but knows the subway well enough to guide Bill to the crooks. Bill apprehends them before learning that his companion is visually impaired.
