Synopsis:
The Thunderbolt organization uses a floating island fortress to steal the cosmic computer, a device capable of opening any lock. Robby Reed learns about the theft and dedudes the crooks' first crime. As the Human Bullet he interrupts a bank robbery. Robby captures two gang members. Mr. Thunder gets away, but Robby finds a clue to the next crime.
Robby studies the clue and learns that Mr. Thunder plans an armored car robbery next. Robby dials again and becomes an energy creature called Super-Charge. At the robbery scene, Super-Charge destroys the cosmic computer, but Thunderbolt captures him.
Super-Charge is held prisoner in a Thunderbolt cell, but he dials O-R-E-H to become Robby again. Robby is able to escape and learn about Mr. Thunder's plot to torpedo the business district from his island fortress. Robby becomes Radar-Sonar Man and stops the torpedo attack. Then Mr. Thunder and his gang are finally captured by authorities.
