Synopsis:
Superman endorses a new Superman toy that simulates his super powers. A contest is held to determine which child can make their toy perform the most amazing feat. Superman judges the contest and awards the prize to a feat that seems too simple. The contestants are outraged with his decision, but the Man of Steel leaves the scene to arrest some crooks. When he returns he explains that the winner's feat was one he planned to use against the crooks. It was an ingenious idea, but he couldn't explain until he finished arresting the crooks.
