Synopsis:
Escaped convict Ed Rowse, lures Clark Kent and others responsible for his conviction to the town of Boneville. There, Clark and the men are arrested by a phony sheriff and put in jail. Clark uses his powers to prevent harm to the other prisoners, then he scares the crooks into giving themselves up using a ghost hoax.
