Synopsis:
Green Arrow and Speedy attend an event in Arrowtown where their arrows are made. The archers are ambushed by a gang of thugs who switch Green Arrow's quiver with a counterfeit. When Green Arrow performs archery tricks, his shots miss their targets. Speedy is apparently killed because of one of the missed shots. However, Green Arrow suspected trouble and helped fake Speedy's death. Despite their planning, the archers are still captured. They manage to escape from the sawmill where they are held prisoner. Then they expose the mayor's secretary as the gang leader.
