Synopsis:
A group of thieves dress as pirates on Pirates' Day. They proceed to cut off communications in town by cutting phone lines. Then they enter the police chief's home and tie him up. With town isolated, the thieves then begin a series of robberies.

The Shining Knight is passing overhead and sees the robberies. He captures and questions one of the gang. He is able to create a signal for help in the sky visible from another nearby town. The pirates try to escape in a ship, but Sir Justin delays them. Victory kicks a hole in their boat to prevent it from leaving the harbor. The authorities finally arrive, and the gang is apprehended.
