Synopsis:
Bruce Gordon believes that using an ultra-violet ray-gun on Eclipso will cure him of his evil compulsions. Bruce then changes to Eclipso while battling a creature that has come to Earth in a meteor. Mona shoots Eclipso with the ultra-violet ray-gun. Eclipso then acts as a force for good.

Eclipso defeats the energy creature. He then locates the meteor crater from which it emerged and enters it. When he exits the crater, Eclipso possesses a new power of repulsion like the energy creature. Eclipso had faked his benevolence to trick his way to the crater.

Using his new power Eclipso becomes a menace again. Dr. Bennett and Mona follow Eclipso using a lead shield to cut off the cosmic rays responsible for his new power. Mona then uses a light bomb to cause Eclipso to revert to Gordon. Though the ultra-violet ray did not work, Bruce vows to rid himself of Eclipso.
