Synopsis:
Wonder Woman recovers secret documents from the safe of a sunken ship. Franco Mendez, a spy, tries to steal the documents, but Wonder Woman captures him. Wonder Woman learns that Countess Mazuma sent the spy after the plans. Mazuma claims that she sent Franco to trap him.
Several girls have mysteriously disappeared included intelligence agent Elva East. Wonder Woman confronts the Countess after learning that the girls have golden eyes. Wonder Woman allows herself to be captured and taken to Mazuma's diamond mine where the captured girls work as slaves.
Wonder Woman finds Elva East. Mazuma explains that a girl with golden eyes helped to frame her and send her to prison. Elva is that girl, but before Mazuma can take revenge, Wonder Woman stops her. Elva explains that Franco was really behind the frame up, but Mazuma still wants revenge.
