Synopsis:
Johnny joins the search for three missing people in order to help the police department achieve a one hundred percent success rate. He locates each person and helps them solve their individual problems. He then locates another woman, reported missing while he conducted the initial search. Finally, he locates Tubby Watts, who reported himself missing in order to give the department an even 1000 cases.
