Synopsis:
The Sure-Shot Mob steals Doiby's cab after robbing a bank. Two of the mob members, Mike and Ike, are told by the gang to produce the gang leader known as the Brain. The Brain doesn't exist, he was a fictitious person made up by the duo. While Green Lantern battles the mob, Mike and Ike try to find a dead body to pass off as the Brain. They finally settle for a wooden dummy, which who they claim Green Lantern killed. When the gang approaches, GL is waiting for them. He rounds up the entire gang including Mike and Ike, which finishes off the case.
