Synopsis:
Ex-swimming champ Vic Bragg is surgically altered by his criminal partner Dr. Krill. The surgery converts Bragg’s lungs into gills and gives him fish-like abilities. Once recovered from the operation, Bragg becomes the Human Flying Fish.

The Flying Fish begins committing robberies in the ocean. Aquaman tries to catch the villain but he manages to escape to the air. The next time the crook strikes Aquaman is able to retrieve a stolen ruby, but the Flying Fish escapes again with the help of Dr. Krill.

Aquaman decides to plant a trap for the crook. The Flying Fish arrives to take the bait. Aquaman and his fish friends capture both the Fish and Krill and turn them over to the coast guard.
