Synopsis:
Captain Cook and his daughter Lydia begin a newspaper for sea folk called the Log. Sailors from around the world send in stories to be printed in the newspaper. Aquaman help deliver a story to the Log which results in crooks smashing the printing press. Aquaman prints the paper with the help of his undersea friends.

Aquaman realizes that one of the stories concerning a lost cargo provoked a gang of smugglers to destroy the printing press. The smugglers were worried about the cargo search attracting people to an area near their smuggling operations. Aquaman apprehends the smugglers, then help get the Log back in business.
