Synopsis:
Several of Flash’s old foes have been spotted around Central City. However, when Flash checks on them, he finds that each is still in jail. The only connection between the villains is attorney Paul Barrett. Flash visits Barrett’s office where Barrett knocks him out.
Barrett disguises himself as the Flash and breaks Mirror Master out of jail. Barrett was impersonating the villains and has been under Mirror Master’s control since his trial.
Flash has been imprisoned in a trap devised by the Mirror Master. He is able to escape using a filling from a recent dentist appointment. After freeing Barrett of the outside control, Flash learns about the crook’s next heist. He is able to track down Mirror Master and return him to jail.
