Synopsis:
Wonder Woman brings a group of captured Saturnian women to Transformation Island for reformation. Eviless, the leader of the girls, manages to escape and steal Wonder Woman's lasso. She sets the other prisoners loose and enslaves the Amazons using Venus girdles which force them into submission. The women prisoners, most former foes of Wonder Woman, unite as Villainy, Incorporated.
After they finish capturing the rest of the Amazons including Queen Hippolyte, the villains summon Wonder Woman. Though Wonder Woman fights back, the women force her into surrender. Eviless plans to kill Wonder Woman and Hippolyte, but several of the reformed prisoners stage a riot. Wonder Woman is released and most of the villains are rounded up.
Clea, Giganta, Zara, and Hypnota have fled to the Man's World with Hippolyte's priceless jewels. Wonder Woman can't find them, so she keeps tabs on pawn shops, hoping to find the jewels. A shopkeeper reports a girl trying to sell him one of the jewels, so Wonder Woman follows her to the lair of the escaped criminals.
Though Wonder Woman is captured when she arrives, Etta Candy, the Holliday Girls, and Steve Trevor all help her escape. She then overcomes the four villains and returns them to Transformation Island as prisoners.
