Synopsis:
Perry White leads an expose against a mysterious racket boss who runs multiple small time operations. His articles make him a target for the racketeers. Superman kidnaps Perry and hides him inside a mountain cavern. The Man of Steel then impersonates Perry and allows Lois to believe that Perry is Superman. The racketeers continue their attacks, but soon news that Perry White is Superman convinces them to strike by capturing Lois. Superman then allows the real Perry to go free and leads him to the racketeers' hideout. When the racket boss finally reveals himself, Superman reappears to apprehend the entire gang. The world then learns that Perry is not really Superman.
