Synopsis:
Rita Novelle, the recently elected mayor of Triboro City, is shot. Wonder Woman comes to her aid with Amazon medicine that saves her life. Rita was shot by the Blue Seal Gang, a group of racketeers.

Wonder Woman and Rita's sister Chic visit Selldom Wright, the editor of Fearless Men Magazine that has published exposes on the gang. Selldom doesn't believe women can help him, so he follows a lead to the Blue Seal Gang's headquarters alone.

Selldom is led into a trap and is captured along with Rita who was taken from the hospital. Wonder Woman comes to their aid and rescues the captives with Chic's help. The leader of the gang is revealed to be Wright's publisher J.C. Leeder.
