Synopsis:
Wildcat encounters a gang of crooks led by Father Time. The villain has constructed a scythe which can cause objects to revert to an older state. When touched by the scythe newspapers revert to wood, a horse turns back into a colt, and rare antiques seem new. Father Time uses the scythe to make antique dealers believe their items are forgeries. He then summons his men, disguised as police to arrest the dealers, leaving him free to steal. Wildcat thwarts Father Time's plan and apprehends the gang.
